Effective November 15, 2007, electronic filing is mandatory for attorneys filing in the United States Court of Federal Claims, unless they are granted a specific exemption pursuant to ¶ 7 of Appendix E, Rules of the United States Court of Federal Claims. On August 26, 2019, the United States Court of Federal Claims went live on the next generation of the national case management and electronic case filing system, NextGen CM/ECF.
