Recent Opinions and Orders

Recent opinions of the court  (one year) is a general listing of all public opinions and orders by the judges of the court. This includes the cases in the court’s general jurisdiction as well as vaccine motions for review.

Recent Decisions of OSM (one year) is a general listing of the decisions and orders by special masters. This includes cases in the court’s vaccine jurisdiction under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

All Other Opinions and Orders

All court opinions and orders posted from 2014 to present are available via the Govinfo website-maintained by the Government Printing Office. This includes both general jurisdiction and vaccine injury cases. There is also a more search friendly version of this site.
